In preparation for the 13th National Parliamentary Election and the referendum scheduled for February 12, the Election Commission (EC) has imposed restrictions on vehicular movement before, during, and after polling day.

According to the EC’s directives, a ban on motorcycle movement has been in effect since midnight last night, Tuesday. This restriction will remain operational until midnight on February 13.

Furthermore, the Election Commission Secretariat has announced that the movement of all other types of transport will be suspended from midnight tonight, Wednesday (February 11), until midnight on February 12.
